The only Comfirmed Reservations come directly from us! There are some questionable travel services that indicate they can/have made reservations for you with us - while not really doing so. Unless you have been in direct communications with us, do not assume you have a firm reservation.

Please Note: The reservations you request are only good for the total number of guests you indicate on the form or in your requests. If there are more guests in your party when you arrive, we may not be able to accomodate your entire party.

In order to confirm your reservation we ask for a credit card information (VISA or MASTER CARD) including credit card holder's full name and expiration date in order to be able to charge the credit card holder due to our our cancellation policy. Otherwise you are also welcome to make a direct deposit to our bank account here in Panama.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date we will charge a $ 20.00 processing fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival we will charge 50% of the room rate of the 1st night plus 10% tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival we will charge the full room rate of the 1st night + 10% tax.

Due to the serene and tranquil nature of our tropical paradise, if you plan to bring your children under the age of 10, please talk to us for prior approval before making your reservation.

Our Rates are in US Dollars and include up to 2 guests. Children up to 4 years old stay free, Children ages 5 - 18 are an additional $10 per night, and extra adults are $20 per night.

PLEASE NOTE: Our office hours are from 6 AM - 10 PM Eastern Standard Time. If you are going to arrive past 10 PM, please let us know ahead of time so we can be prepared. Just call or email us.
